Will Power Enterprises is an independently owned small business enterprise that focuses on real estate investing, office management, mentoring, and financial coaching. WPE was founded in 2001 by owner and Managing Partner, Will Smith,  with an emphasis on residential real estate. The company ultimately expanded it's focus to include commercial office space to provide self-employed business owners with alternatives to the large office suite options that dominate the market. Will understands the challenges of starting and maintaining a new business and identifies with the need of the small business owner to limit their expenses until the business in stable enough to take on bigger and better things.
